• To develop deep product expertise at technical and functional level, and to take full code ownership for the assigned BW Web Java Runtime topics
• To provide high quality of support to SAP BW Customers and resolve product issues reported via customer and internal messages at the Development Support level for the owned product releases
• To ensure high quality of corrections and high BW Java patch quality enabling customers to incorporate the fixes rapidly with low TCO.
• Efficient interaction and collaboration with other teams/stakeholders e.g. Primary Support, Development, other IMS teams etc., to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of support for SAP customers

Candidate Profile:
•
Between 1 and 4 years of relevant prior work experience in a development or a
maintenance role, with hands-on code level exposure in Core Java
• Completion of BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA course with a minimum aggregate percentage of 65%
• High Proficiency in Core Java is mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to expediently perform thorough root-cause analysis via debugging of complex code, and to formulate appropriate fixes for identified bugs
• Prior BW experience and/or ABAP experience will be preferred
• Completion of BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA course with a minimum aggregate percentage of 65%
• High Proficiency in Core Java is mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to expediently perform thorough root-cause analysis via debugging of complex code, and to formulate appropriate fixes for identified bugs
